Returning clients use the form below to schedule a session with me. I have daytime hours available Monday – Thursday.

New Client? Call 612.220.2566 to set up a consultation.

Due to limited availability, current/established clients will be given priority in scheduling. Sessions will be scheduled with new clients based on availability. I primarily work with those needing individual attention due to injuries/health conditions. If you are in good health with no injuries, you may want to enroll in a class in one of many Pilates studios in the area. You may have a higher probability of scheduling a session by selecting a class rather than a private session.
